Depeche Mode – Wrong

WROOONG. WROOONG. This starts out sounding like it’s going to be more pleasingly silly than expected. It is, but only accidentally. There are some good sounds happening in here, a great video, and more energy than I’ve heard in a Depeche Mode single for some years. It’s only the slightly incongrous chant of WROOONG that sounds, well, wrong. Would benefit from a really “banging” remix. Good base materials, though. Out 20th April.
